Founder & CEO
Lisa J. Harris
Lisa J. Harris is a devoted woman of God who firmly believes that all things are possible through Jesus Christ. She serves as the Associate Pastor of Blessed Assurance in Christ Ministries, Inc., alongside her husband, Apostle Harris. Lisa is a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, affectionately known as “Nonee.”
A visionary leader, Lisa is the founder of Sistas In Spirit, established in August 2024, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls through mentorship, encouragement, and support. She also founded Sista 2 Sista in 2023 as a women’s ministry created to foster healing, connection, and spiritual growth. In January 2026, God Girl Ministries was birthed as the umbrella ministry under which Sistas In Spirit and Sista 2 Sista now operate.
As a survivor of rape, molestation, and emotional, verbal, and mental abuse, Lisa’s personal journey has deeply shaped her passion for helping others heal and overcome adversity. Her resilience and faith inspire the development of transformative programs designed to cultivate personal growth, self-confidence, and leadership in girls ages 8 to 18, as well as women of all ages.
Through her leadership, God Girl Ministries—along with Sista 2 Sista and Sistas In Spirit—provides a safe, nurturing environment where young girls and women are guided toward brighter futures and empowered to build strong, God-centered identities. Lisa’s advocacy, compassion, and unwavering vision continue to impact lives and strengthen communities.
Lisa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies in March 2025. Her favorite saying reflects her life’s mission:
“Your life has a purpose! Walk in it!”

Apostle Preston Harris
Apostle Preston Harris is first and foremost a devoted man of God and serves as the Pastor of Blessed Assurance in Christ Ministries, Inc. He is a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, affectionately known as “Popie.”
With over 30 years of experience in ministry and community service, Apostle Harris is a dedicated servant leader whose life’s work is rooted in faith, vision, and impact. He is the founder and visionary of Blessed Assurance in Christ World Outreach Ministries and is deeply committed to empowering individuals while fostering spiritual growth within communities.
Apostle Harris brings extensive expertise in leadership development, mentoring, and nonprofit ministry. His passion for collaboration and team-building has enabled him to successfully lead faith-based and community-centered initiatives that produce meaningful and lasting outcomes. His wisdom, strategic insight, and heart for service provide invaluable guidance to the board.
A lifelong learner and teacher of the Word, Apostle Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Master’s Degree in Biblical Exposition from Andersonville Theological Seminary, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Carolina College of Biblical Studies. His leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to transformative work make him a tremendous asset to any organization serving God and the community.

Elder Dwanika Shante Bell
Elder Dwanika Shante Bell is a devoted servant of the Lord whose life reflects faith, humility, and obedience to God’s Word. She is a loving wife, a mother of five, and the youngest of five siblings. Elder Bell is also the owner and operator of Love & Laughter Childcare, where her heart for nurturing and development is evident in both her professional and spiritual leadership.
Ordained as an Elder of the Gospel in 2025, Elder Bell boldly shares the Word of God without compromise. Her ministry is rooted in truth and compassion, nurturing and strengthening those in need of encouragement, healing, and spiritual growth. She embodies a virtuous and humble spirit while standing firmly on the promises of God, operating with transparency, love, and grace toward all of God’s people.
Elder Bell is anointed and appointed for such a time as this, called by God to lead others into freedom, healing, and truth. Her life and ministry reflect the calling described in Isaiah 61:1: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”

Pansy Clark
Pansy Clark is an advocate for children and a strong believer in Christian education, her dedication can be traced back to her introduction to Christ at a young age. Her parents, at that time, were sharecroppers who instilled in all their children a strong sense of family, work ethics, and a love for Jesus Christ. There was further undergirding with teachings of the gospel at her home church in Washington, NC, where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school, and delivered the sermonettes to the youth during the morning worship.
Pansy graduated with honors from G. R. Whitfield High School in Grimesland, North Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Fayetteville State University. She began her career in the classroom teaching at D. H. Conley School and Rose High School in Greenville, North Carolina, Red Springs High School in Red Springs, North Carolina, and at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
A member of Blessed Assurance in Christ Ministries, she serves as the Superintendent of Sunday School. She also serves as the director of vacation Bible school.
Pansy is an experienced youth leader with a proven track record of success in developing and leading groups of youth and young adults. She possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as, a passion for creating positive learning environments. She is committed to creating meaningful experiences that foster growth and personal development for young people. But most importantly she believes that while training and instructing young people, we must impact love, righteousness and peace.
She loves sharing the following scripture with the youth and young adults: Isaiah 40:30-31 “even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall; but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Minister Cory McGee
Minister Cory McGee is a devoted man of God whose life reflects faith, service, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, he spent much of his formative years in Atlanta, Georgia, before returning to his hometown, where he graduated from Terry Sanford High School.
Following graduation, Minister McGee honorably served in the United States Air Force, demonstrating discipline, integrity, and dedication to service. He is a loving father, uncle, brother, and trusted friend to those who know him.
Professionally, Minister McGee is employed at Fayetteville Technical Community College, serving in the warehouse operations division of the campus bookstore. He holds a dual Associate Degree in Information Management in Digital Media Technology and General Studies, and plans to continue his educational journey under the guidance of God.
Minister McGee faithfully serves as a minister at Blessed Assurance in Christ Ministries, Inc., in Fayetteville, North Carolina. His steady leadership, commitment to excellence, and servant’s heart make him a valued and impactful member of the board.

Travis McLaughlin
Travis McLaughlin, known to many as Travis Styles, is a dedicated leader with a heart for service and community impact. He honorably served in the United States Army and holds a college degree in Early Childhood Education, equipping him with both discipline and a deep understanding of youth development.
Travis is the CEO of Styles 360 Photography Company and T.I.G. Insurance Group, and he also operates Notorious Bail Bonding. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he is an active member of the Business Accountability Group (B.A.G.), an outreach organization focused on mentoring and empowering youth.
Passionate about helping young people succeed, Travis is committed to guiding youth toward positive life choices and brighter futures. His ability to connect with them is rooted in his own life experiences and his genuine, relatable nature—being “a kid at heart” allows him to build trust and inspire growth. Having experienced life without access to adequate resources, he is driven to be a source of support and opportunity for others.
Travis firmly believes in treating every individual with dignity and respect, regardless of financial status or social position. He lives by the principle that character and ethics outweigh titles—right is right, and wrong is wrong, no matter who you are. His integrity, compassion, and commitment to accountability make him a valuable and impactful member of the board.
